The International English Language Testing System is a standardised English test to demonstrate proficiency in English for non-native speakers. Structure of the test:
There are two types of exam in IELTS- General and Academic. Both the test comprises of four section. Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. The total time for IELTS exam is 2 hours and 45minutes.The time allotted for each section is as follows:
The validity of IELTS score is 24 months. The test is conducted in authorised IELTS centres around the world.
