2024 GRE Applicants

The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is an important step toward pursuing graduate studies. The next administration of the GRE is scheduled for the year 2024. Candidates must familiarize themselves with the eligibility requirements, registration process, and important dates associated with the examination.

2024 GRE Exam

The GRE exam is held throughout the year. They can fill up their details online on the official GRE website and sit in the exam on their preferable date. The results are declared immediately and if they want to reappear they can reappear after a gap of 21 days.

2024 GRE Eligibility

To be eligible for the GRE exam in 2024, candidates must have completed an undergraduate course from a recognized university.

The managing authorities of the GRE have not set any specific age limit for appearing in the examination. This means that regardless of your age, as long as you have completed an undergraduate course, you can take the GRE and apply for graduate programs.

2024 GRE Application

The application process for GRE in 2024 can be done online. Candidates need to visit the official website of GRE, create an account, and select the test center, date, and time that works for them.

They have to fill in the background information and pay the fee via various options available like credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, candidates will receive an email with the confirmation of purchase.

2024 GRE Application Fee

The GRE has two types of fees: the General Test fee, which is $213, and the Subject Test fee, which is $150. These fees can be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

There are also additional fees for special handling requests such as late registration ($25), standby testing ($25), changing the test center ($50), rescheduling ($50), and changing the subject of the test ($50).

2024 GRE Result

The GRE results are available immediately after the test date. The score will be out of 340, and will be available in the candidate’s ETS account. Candidates will also receive an email notification of their scores and will be able to print them. The scores will be valid for 5 years, and if a candidate is not satisfied with the score, they can retake the test by using the same account.
